The DYDTEC RQ-DR01 ignition burner is a blower-type ignition burner that uses semiconductors for high-energy ignition. It is commonly used as an ignition burner for high-power burners or as a heating element for small heating kettles. It is especially suitable for igniting fuels with low heating values, difficult ignition, and easy carbonization and coking. It can use compressed air as the combustion-supporting air, or ordinary fan air as the combustion-supporting air, and has a strong flame rigidity. The ignition burner itself does not have a flame detection device and needs to be used in conjunction with a fire detection device on the burner or other external fire detection device and a process controller to achieve ignition protection, flameout protection, and online flame detection functions. Power range: 7~25KW. Applicable fuels: natural gas, generator gas, converter gas, coke oven gas, city gas, biogas, liquefied gas, analysis gas, etc.

Installation Guide
1.Installation Step
First, place a 3mm thick asbestos rubber or PTFE gasket on the flange at the ignition gun installation site;
Second, insert the ignition gun into the installation site, aligning it with the fixed flange;
Third, tighten the connecting flange with fastening bolts;
Fourth, connect the gas pipe and air pipe;
Fifth, install the ignition rod;
Sixth, connect the ignition wire.
2.The external interface for the ignition burner nozzle
Q:Weak flame, red flame, black smoke?
A:1.Open the gas valve wider and increase gas pressure
2.Open the air valve wider
Q:The high-energy ignition tube does not produce sparks ?
A:1.Check if the power supply of the high-energy ignition igniter (exciter) is connected and working properly;
2.Check if the high-voltage cable and the center electrode of the ignition pole are conducting? Is it conducting with the igniter? Tighten the quick-
threaded joint between the ignition cable and the high-voltage output socket of the ignition device and the wiring end of the ignition pole to ensure good connection
3.Check if the high-energy ignition pole is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it with a new ignition pole.
4.Check if the internal components of the ignition device are damaged (such as discharge tubes and transformers), and promptly replace any damaged components;
Q:Spark is normal, but it doesn't ignite
A:1.The ignition head is not placed in the area of mixture or atomized vapor. Please place the ignition head in the area of mixture or atomized vapor, or in its reflux area.
2.Poor atomization of liquid fuel; improve atomization efficiency.
3.The electrode is not placed in the optimal ignition area. Adjust the position of the electrode to ensure successful ignition rate.
4.Gas pressure is too high, lower the gas pressure.
5.Air flow is too high, close the air valve a little.
