Product technical features

·The copper parts are hot forged from high-quality brass. The material has high density, smooth surface, and no defects such as trachoma or 

inclusions. After forging, it is annealed and shot blasted to eliminate the internal stress during processing. The valve body has good toughness 

and pressure resistance. Strong, not easy to crack, no surface leakage.

·CNC products are processed to ensure product size and thread accuracy.

·Select high-quality valve seat sealing materials, the valve opens smoothly, without jamming, has long service life and good sealing performance.

Installation technical specifications

·Clean the pipes before installation to ensure that there are no iron filings, sediment and other dirt.

·Check the working conditions of the ball valve installation system and the valve's pressure resistance, temperature resistance and other 

information.

·Do not overtighten the valve and pipe fittings to avoid deformation of the valve body due to pressure and affecting the valve sealing performance.

·When installing and dismantling, confirm that the pipeline is drained and not under pressure.

· During the installation process, sufficient space should be considered when the handle is opened and closed, and the valve opening and closing 

should not be affected by walls or pipes.

·It is recommended to use it in the fully open or fully closed state to extend the life of the valve.
