The NT series intelligent modulating actuator is a high-performance actuator designed specifically for the combustion system. Equipped with a purge position control point, it can also be used as a conventional 4-20ma modulating actuator. The torque can be adjusted according to different travel times. Equipped with 4-20ma control and feedback, it can realize fully open and fully closed limit switch feedback. In addition, the fully open function of the blowing position has been customized, which can achieve the blowing function of the burner.

The surface of the actuator is equipped with a LCD display screen, a circular output shaft angle indicator, and a manually controlled hexagonal interface. The LCD screen can display valve settings and feedback in real-time, and can also be used to set some customized parameters.

Q：Can we select the minimun and maximum opening? For example, Can we use it at 10% at the minimum position and 70% at the maximum?

A：Yes, you can change it by parameter pos 0% and pos 100%.

Q：Is there the option of having two auxiliary contacts to indicate the position of the actuator?

A：No auxiliary contacts, only minimum and maximum relay, you can use 4-20ma as feedback

Q：Is there a version of these actuators that can work with a 120V supply voltage?

A：Yes, rated voltage is AC95V-265V. (Option: AC/DC24V can be customized)

Q：Is the switching speed adjustable？

A：Yes, 10 to 30 seconds ( Slower speed, lower torque.)

Q：Is the control mode adjustable ?

A：Yes, 0-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, 2-10V can be customized.
