Product Introduction
The KLC1000-0X series is a compact UV flame detector for single flame burning applications such as gas and oil.
KLC1000-01 has a unique water vapor protection design, which makes it more suitable for burners with FGR,
and has a better performance than other flame detectors with the same function.
The new KLC1000-01 has a unique water vapor protection design,
which makes it more suitable for burners with FGR and better than other fire detectors with the same function.
However, to completely solve the problem of water vapor protection for FGR, it is recommended to use the IFX10 series of fire detectors (IP65).
This fire detector has a built-in UV sensor, amplifier and filter, so there is no need for additional circuitry,
and it can realize complete flame detection function after power on.
After detecting the flame, the analog ion current signal will be output to the signal signal line.
The KLC1000-0X series can be connected directly to the ion bar ION input of a programmer or other combustion control unit.
Can be used with UV/Ion Bar compatible programmers.KLC1000-0X series can be used for UV/ion bar compatible programmers, ion bar programmers such as Rapidflame programmers,
Siemens programmers, Hawkrod programmers, and programmers with ion bar amplifier cards.
For programmable controllers with only UV interface, such as 7890 and 7850 series programmable controllers with UV amplifier card,
the programmable programmers can be used in the programmers with UV/ion bar compatibility and ion bar type programmers.
For programmers with only a UV interface, such as the 7890 and 7850 series with a UV amplifier card, the Honeywell programmers are not suitable,
so look out for the soon to be released KLC1000-02X series, which will be suitable for the above programmers.
The flame detector is equipped with an indicator light to indicate the presence or absence of a flame signal.
The UV sensor is designed to ensure that the flame detector does not falsely detect background radiation from hot refractory materials or any other infrared light source.
The products fulfill the requirements of the European Standard EN298:2012-11 for burner management control units.
