Combustion and Thermal Parts Platform

Ribbon burners are manufactured from standard steel tubing milled with a narrow slot and fitted  with stainless steel crimped ribbon packs to form linear flame burners of any length and heat output with very uniform flame pattern and heating effect. The crimped ribbon pack interlocks to form small low velocity flames to stabilise the main flame ports which are constructed in standard arrangements to form different port area patterns for different applications and heat release.  Operation with a RAM air-gas mixer， venturi mixer or atmospheric injector is recommended for efficient supply of air-gas mix to the ribbon burner. Ignition and flame detection electrodes and water cooling channels can be fitted for automatic operation in high temperature processes. All ribbon burners can be supplied with air-gas flow controls and complete with fully automatic flame ignition and detection equipment mounted in a combustion control panel.
