Combustion and Thermal Parts Platform

1、Overview

The control system includes with power switch, alarm device, program controller, relays, etc.

The program controller controls the combustion program

2、The control system can realize the following functions

 A Automatic ignition, fire detection

 B gas high and low pressure detection

 C air low pressure detection

 D gas leakage detection

 E Gas and air pressure adjustment

 F Gas, air flow manual adjustment

 G Cabinet forced exhaust

 H Gas flame arrestor

 I Remote start

 J Isolated power switch

3. Others:

 Use Harding connector to dock with robot

 Flame flame height reaches 10~15CM, which can be adjusted by human.

 Power switch with energy locking lock hole is set on the control cabinet

 Emergency stop switch is set on the control cabinet, the switch is easy to operate, the flame stops immediately after pressing the emergency stop

 Reasonable isolation of electric and gas parts in the control cabinet

 Pressure gauges for gas and compressed air show the corresponding pressure.

 The mixer pipeline adopts rubber hose, and the length of the hose is ≤10 meters.
