    Applicable fuel: It is applicable to conventional fuels such as light diesel oil, heavy oil, coal tar, etc., as well as biofuel, blended oil, waste liquid and other fuels with a certain calorific value. It can use a single fuel or a variety of fuels.


    Flame adjustment: Independent manual adjustment valves are installed on the clean air channels of axial and swirling air, and combined with adjustable cyclone mechanisms, the shape and intensity of the flame can be freely and flexibly adjusted.


    Service life: The head structure of the RKG series rotary kiln burner has undergone high-temperature and wear-resistant treatment, which can effectively increase the service life of the equipment.


    Installation method: The RKL series rotary kiln burner is installed on a mobile trolley, which can choose ground rails or suspension forms according to needs. The mobile trolley can not only move equipment, but also adjust the nozzle position of the RKL series rotary kiln burner to adapt to complex kiln conditions.


    Emissions: The fuel is efficiently atomized through a dual fluid atomization gun, and the average diameter (SMD) of the Sogdel particles formed by atomization can reach 50-100 μ m. The atomized fan-shaped fuel zone is fully mixed with the primary air, and the fuel is fully mixed with the primary air, resulting in rapid combustion and reducing NOX and CO emissions. The high impulse design of the combustion supporting axial flow and swirl air can more efficiently utilize the secondary air, improve thermal efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
