    A typical example of other drying methods is a fluidized bed dryer. The granular solid material is added to the fluidized bed dryer through a spiral feeder. Firstly, the air is sent into the combustion chamber by a blower. After being heated by the combustion machine, the air is sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed and comes into contact with solid materials through a distribution plate, forming fluidization and achieving heat and mass exchange between gas and solid phases. In a fluidized bed, the material is dried by contact with hot air, and the dried material is discharged through the discharge port. The exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed, recovered by the cyclone dust collector group, and the product carried out is then discharged through a scrubber and mist separator to ensure efficient and clean drying process.

    In addition, for the vibrating fluidized bed dryer, its working principle also includes utilizing the external vibration force to suspend solid particles in the air and present a fluidized state. The hot air is evenly distributed through the sieve plate and passes through the wet material layer for heat and mass transfer between gas and solid, causing the moisture in the material to evaporate. The dried material is discharged from the discharge port, while the waste gas containing fine powder is discharged from the top and enters the gas-solid separation device.
