During the whole drying process, the temperature and humidity in the drying room need to be controlled. Among them, the temperature control is achieved by the high-temperature air generated by the heater; Humidity control is achieved through the exhaust gas removal system. At the same time, the drying time also needs to be carefully controlled in order to achieve the best drying effect. After the hot air is distributed through the screen plate, it passes through the wet material layer to conduct heat and mass transfer between gas and solid, so that the water in the material evaporates. The dried material is discharged from the discharge port, and the waste gas containing fine powder is discharged from the top and enters the gas-solid separation device.
