RPG series plasma generator is designed by DYDTEC (DYDTEC Combustion) according to the Chinese power industry standard DL/T1127. The basic principle is to use a DC power source to ionize the air and obtain a stable power of high-temperature air plasma (5000-10000k) under magnetic field or air compression. The plasma forms a high-temperature swirling zone in the first stage combustion cylinder of the burner. When the coal powder particles pass through the plasma "fire core", they are subjected to high temperature action and quickly release volatile substances within 0.005-0.1s, causing the coal powder particles to rupture, pulverize, and burn rapidly. Due to the completion of the entire reaction process in the gas phase, the combustion rate of coal powder is extremely fast, greatly reducing the ignition energy required for coal powder combustion and achieving the goal of igniting a large amount of coal powder with a low-power ignition source.

The electrode is made of composite materials, with a high lifespan. The cathode lifespan is ≥ 400hh, and the anode lifespan is ≥ 800h
