Installation method: The RKL series rotary kiln burner is installed on a mobile trolley, which can choose ground rails or suspension forms according to needs. The mobile trolley can not only move equipment, but also adjust the nozzle position of the RKL series rotary kiln burner to adapt to complex kiln conditions. Emissions: The fuel is efficiently atomized through a dual fluid atomization gun, and the average diameter (SMD) of the Sogdel partidles formed by atomization can reach 50-100 p m. The atomized fan-shaped fuel zone is fully mixed with the primary air, and the fuel is fully mixed with the primary air, resulting in rapid combustion and reducing NOX and CO ermissions. The high impulse design of the combustion supporting axial flow and swirl air can more efficiently utilize the secondary air, improve thermal efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
