Tubflame series burners are specially designed and developed by DYDTEC for the heating application of immersed tubes. The flame directly burns in the immersed tube inside the liquid tank to heat the liquid, with a thermal efficiency of more than 70%. This kind of equipment and its heating application have been used in automobile, electrical appliances and other industries for more than 40 years.
Tubflame series adopts a mixed combustion head, which is suitable for immersion tube heating with a maximum conventional pipe diameter of 300mm and a maximum length diameter ratio of 60:1 (depending on the pipe diameter).
Tubflame series burner is specially designed for heating small diameter immersed tubes, with a maximum diameter of 200mm and a maximum length to diameter ratio of 140:1 (depending on the tube diameter).
