linear combustion burner

"Linofire" is a series name for a linear combustion burner, consisting of three basic module units: a) Straight type 0.5 feet; b) Straight type 1 foot; c) T-type, equivalent to 1.5 feet. When selecting a model, the choice of the corresponding number of feet is determined based on the maximum power requirement. The selection of which modules to use for assembly is determined by the installation cross-sectional shape of the duct, ensuring adaptability.

Typical applications include direct-fired air conditioning and direct-fired drying. Based on the source of combustion air assistance and single-foot power output, there are generally four subtypes:

1. Linofire: Installed inside the duct, utilizing air flowing through the duct (21% O2 fresh air, flow rate fluctuation ≤ 15%, airspeed adjusted by baffles in the range of 11~20m/s, upstream temperature ≤ 230℃, downstream temperature ≤ 450℃) for combustion assistance.

2. Linofire-EB: Equipped with an independent combustion air fan and piping, extracting fresh air (21% O2) for combustion assistance, which can come from either inside the duct or the workshop environment, as long as the oxygen content requirements are met. The process air to be heated can have an oxygen content of ≤ 21%, with no restrictions on flow rate fluctuation. However, after adjusting the baffles, the airspeed should be in the range of 6~20m/s, and the upstream temperature should be ≤ 245℃, with the downstream temperature ≤ 400℃.

3. Linofire-HC: HC specifically refers to high-power models with higher single-foot output power.

4. Linofire-WB: Specifically refers to integrated linear combustion burners installed on the sidewall of the duct, equipped with an independent combustion air fan.
